Job boards can be hit or miss. All businesses want high retention rates with candidates hired through post-and-place methods, but it’s a tough ask. While an online resume may show whether or not a candidate checks all the boxes, the method is impersonal and doesn’t always accurately represent if the candidate is qualified for the role.
What We Do

- Qualify our candidates. We make sure that we understand their background/experience, career interests, and opportunities they are interested in pursuing — so we don’t waste their time or our clients’ time.
What We Don’t Do
- We do not post job openings online and wait to gather a pool of potentially unqualified candidates.
- We do not send our client a stack of resumes and cross our fingers that one sticks.
- We don’t tell our candidates to consider a role just to “get their foot in the door.”
