Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Senior Recruiting staff with candidate sourcing, candidate screening / qualifying, monthly reporting and project related assignments as directed. They are responsible for sourcing top candidates for our clients open roles while also providing internal support and assistance to teammates.

  • Computer savvy, quickly pickup on operation of new systems/ applications

  • Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a fast-paced environment

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining a ready pool of pre-screened candidates through all available sourcing means.

  • Understand who the major competitors are in the market: Target Company Identification/Intelligence Reporting/ Competitor Mapping

  • Assist and provide market intelligence to staffing/sourcing strategy through building relationships and leveraging networks.

  • Source potential leads and provide the team with current market updates

  • Perform candidate pre-screens, submit qualified candidates for open roles, schedule candidate interviews and maintain all active candidate reporting.

  • Manage in house candidate tracking, disposition of candidates and job postings.

  • Manage the College recruiting plan- oversee internship program.

  • Attend recruiting / networking events

  • Always be looking for the most efficient way to be working and offer ideas related to process improvement
